Shandon Griggs, a Tennessee native and a dedicated general contractor, is more than just a builder—he's a man of strong principles with an unshakable passion for his craft. At 18, he married his middle school sweetheart, now raising three children together.

An entrepreneur at heart, Shandon started a residential construction business at 19, operating successfully for 13 years. In 2013, he became a project manager with Aspen Construction, earning trust for his commitment to excellence.

In 2019, Shandon founded Cadre Homes, embodying his values of honesty, integrity, professionalism, and excellence. With a keen eye for design and an unending love for the entire building process, Shandon has found his lifelong calling. Building homes is not just his profession; it's his passion.

Beyond his passion for building, he has a heart for giving back—Cadre Homes is a strong supporter of Advocates for Africa and has committed to a "home for home" initiative. To learn more about this initiative and the heart behind every Cadre home, scroll down to the Advocates for Africa section.
